Imperial Beach Sports Park Community Recreation Center

Tenant improvement of an 8,000-square-foot recreation facility for the City of Imperial Beach, including a modernized multi-use gymnasium designed for basketball, pickleball, and volleyball.

Work included new restrooms, a multi-purpose room with kitchenette, dance studio, offices, and full interior upgrades including HVAC, lighting, flooring, windows, storefronts, doors, and a redesigned lobby with built-in reception. Completed in collaboration with COAR Design Group.
