R.J. Noble Hot Mix Asphalt Plant (Corona)

Ground-up structural design, engineering, and equipment erection for a new hot mix asphalt production facility for The R.J. Noble Company, completed in coordination with Astec Industries.

The project included design and construction of all structural foundations and support systems required for major plant components, including a command control center, eight 300-ton storage silos, power center, double barrel drum mixer, AC tanks, cold feed bins, baghouse, RAP bins, and an ADA-accessible restroom. Services also included erection and integration of the Astec processing equipment within the new facility layout.

The completed plant delivered a fully operational, large-scale asphalt production system built to support long-term industrial output and material handling efficiency.
