Granite Construction Hot Mix Asphalt Plant Improvement Project (Big Rock)

Structural design and installation services for hot mix asphalt plant storage capacity improvements at The R.J. Noble Company’s existing Orange facility.

The project included design and construction of new structural foundations along with erection and integration of three new 300-ton storage silos within the active plant environment. Work required careful coordination with existing operations to safely expand material storage while maintaining compatibility with the facility’s existing production infrastructure.

The completed improvements increased on-site storage capacity and enhanced overall plant production efficiency.
