Randall Lewis Second Story & Beyond (Paul A. Biane Library 2nd Floor Tenant Improvement)

Interior tenant improvement of approximately 5,850 square feet within the Paul A. Biane Library for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, creating the Randall Lewis Second Story & Beyond®—an immersive children’s discovery space designed to inspire literacy, imaginative play, and early childhood development. The facility officially opened in 2024 as a community-driven interactive learning destination within the library.

The project included renovation of the first-floor children’s museum entry area with stroller parking and improved visitor circulation, along with a full second-floor transformation featuring a new lobby and interactive exhibit hall designed for hands-on educational engagement. The work was completed in collaboration with Cambridge Seven Associates, AKF Group, and Thornton Tomasetti.

The completed renovation delivered a vibrant family-centered environment that supports creative learning, exploration, and community enrichment.
